Every Action Has a Lifetime Behind It

Every physical thing that happens due to a human has a lifetime of experience behind it. For example, if somebody moved a chair four meters to the left, that chair would have been altered by someone who had a childhood, thoughts, experiences, hopes, etc. What goes in to the food you eat is the work of thousands of people, who each have a life as intense and challenging as you. We are not alone in this world; we are inexplicably linked in ways we cannot fathom, and because of this link, we must all work to be strong parts of the chain.
